Directions:
Dr. John Lee recommends using 20 - 40 mg. of bio-identical progesterone cream daily. Each pump of Balance Plus Therapy is approximately ¼ teaspoon which provides 20 mg. of bio-identical USP progesterone and 60 mg. of phytoestrogens.
